Since 2003 Daniel Miranda has been helping his clients maneuver through complex legal situations arising in their business, commercial real estate and construction matters. As a commercial trial attorney, Mr. Miranda has provided counsel and advice in evaluating the risks and rewards of litigation in the context of the overall business mission. He brings that experience to help his clients avoid common pitfalls in entering business, commercial real estate, and construction contracts.
Before practicing law, Mr. Miranda was a Law Clerk to the Honorable John C. Gemmill of the Arizona Court of Appeals. While in law school, Mr. Miranda was a Staff Writer for the Arizona State Law Journal. Mr. Miranda is a member of the Real Estate and Business Law sections of the State Bar of Arizona.
