Commercial Real Estate law

If you are entering a real estate transaction, you need legal counsel early and often.  Our firm handles all aspects of the purchase and sale of real property, from reviewing the related contracts through closing.  If you are entering a lease, either as a tenant or a landlord, we help you understand your rights and responsibilities under the lease contract and Arizona’s statutes.  Because we have experience in both transactions and litigation, with early involvement we can often help you avoid the problems that result in expensive and annoying legal battles.

Construction Law

Whether you are collecting your well-earned pay or resisting a hostile demand for unearned payment, dealing with incomplete or inadequate performance, our firm will help you to evaluate a prudent strategy to resolve your payment dispute. We will also review your agreement to help you anticipate and/or avoid disputes that often occur in construction matters.
